At Liexpo, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make things right.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

    • In the original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain items such as undergarments, customized, or sale/clearance products are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/phone.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to stock availability).

  • If the desired item is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@liexpo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
