At Liexpo, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms below before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment. (Coming soon!)

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days for major cities.

  • Remote or rural areas may take 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR [Your Free Shipping Threshold].

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR [Your Fee] applies on orders below the free shipping threshold.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order through the courier’s website.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Liexpo is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures for verification.

  • We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy).
