5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer 14-day returns from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Certain items (such as undergarments, customized products, and sale items) are not eligible for return.
